Data corrections
If you believe a financial figure, company description, score input or corporate-action record is incorrect, include the ticker, page URL, the specific item in question and, when possible, the company filing or source that supports the correction. This helps distinguish a true data problem from a difference in reporting period, units or share basis.
Account and subscription support
Use the contact form for account access, subscription status, billing questions, feature access or other product-support requests. Include the email address associated with the account, but do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or other sensitive credentials.
Product feedback and feature requests
Suggestions about research tools, stock pages, scanners, charts, portfolio features and educational content are welcome. Specific examples—such as a ticker, screenshot or page URL—make product feedback easier to evaluate.
Privacy and data questions
Questions about cookies, analytics, advertising, account information or other privacy matters can be submitted through the same contact channel. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information the service may process and the choices available to users.
What to expect from a correction request
A reported issue is reviewed against the data available to the platform and, when appropriate, public company disclosures. Some figures can legitimately differ across sources because of filing dates, restatements, currency, non-GAAP definitions or corporate actions, so a report does not automatically mean the displayed value is wrong.
